CivicSet started with a broad catalog of image-processing tools and distilled it down to the two that matter most: Multi-Frame Super-Resolution for recovering detail from a burst of frames, and Facial Verification for comparing two faces with geometric rigor. Everything else was retired.

Two products means two well-understood pipelines. Sub-pixel alignment and robust fusion for super-resolution; Procrustes geometry and embedding comparison for facial verification.
In-Process Compute
Both products run as server-side functions in the web runtime: no container plane, no separate upload, no hidden service.
Explainable Metrics
Alignment error, similarity, and distance ship with every result so outputs can be reviewed rather than trusted blindly.
Verification-Only
Facial Verification compares two provided faces and never searches a database. Privacy-respecting by design.
